Prices (euro) vary depending on the season, the rates (per night) outlined correspond to the highest of the season.

Check-in/out 15:00/10:00 (late check-in until 20:00 – late check-out depending on availability)

Services (included and optional)
Price includes:
– internet connection (wi-fi) , DTTV and TV SAT free
– fresh linen and towels weekly change
– apartment weekly cleaning

Price does not include:
– apartment midweek cleaning (€20)
– fresh linen and towels midweek change (€12 to 25, depending on guests number)
– midweek fresh linen and towels change together with apartment cleaning (€32 to 45, depending on guests number)
– for less than 3 nights stays, supplement €32 to 45 (depending on guests number – for final fresh linen and towels change together with apartment cleaning)
– We offer, upon request, support with bookings for external activities (excursions, thematic activities, etc…). Prices will be directly concurred with service providers.

Payment terms: 50% of the total booking fee, which will result as a confirmation of your stay, is to reach us at the time of booking; the remaining 50% of the booking fee shall be payable on the last day of your stay.

Cancellation policy: You are entitled to a full refund shall cancellation reach us no later than 4 weeks before your check in

We do not accept:
– cheques
– AMEX
