The proximity of the river<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>it favors agricultural activities, which have shaped a large portion of the surrounding area and which offer the generous products typical of the Mediterranean diet.<\/p>\n<p>With the ministerial decree of 29 February 2024, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry updated the national list of traditional agri-food products (PAT). Among the new recognized products there are also &#8220;stringozzi aspresi&#8221;, whose candidacy was proposed by the municipal administration. Stringozzi aspresi are a typical long fresh pasta with a flattened shape, prepared with water and durum wheat semolina, possibly with the addition of eggs and salt. The dough is worked by hand or with a mechanical mixer until it becomes homogeneous, smooth and compact and then worked into a skein.
