Johnny Madge, a British national, lives in Casperia from over 30 years. He deals with the olive oil, spreads the culture in support of Sabina’s food farming tradition, teaches us to taste it and before that to distinguish quality and different odours and flavours. He guides lovers of rich Italian food and beverage through olive groves and olive oil mills during the olive harvest in autumn and throughout the year to taste it in the best restaurants of the region.<\/p>\n
