In welcoming you back into our home we would like to reassure you that next to our continuous effort to make your stay with us as comfortable and pleasant as possible, we have also put in place new measures aimed at the prevention and containment of the spread of Covid19:
I) The space has been appropriately ventilated for at least one hour prior to your arrival, following a strict sanification regime that has taken care of cleaning all surfaces, appliances and furnishings with alcohol-based products, including the dismantling and washing of the AC filters.
II) Our assistant Elisa will welcome you and conduct the check-in and check-out procedures in respect of all safety measures in place: she has been provided with gloves and a face mask and will keep the regulatory 1mt distance during all interactions.
III) You will find, at the entrance of your apartment, a disinfectant dispenser, one face mask per guest, and instructions to sanitise them between each use.
We welcome questions as well as suggestions on how to make your stay as safe and pleasant as possible: we also ask for your cooperation and encourage you to maintain the safety distance with all our operators as well as immediately disposing of used gloves, used masks, and used tissue paper in the rubbish bin marked as: “WASTE”.
