Description

The self-catering holiday home “pietre di ASPRA” is situated in an independent stone building of the XVII century in the historical city center of Casperia. It consists of two brand new apartments named “Porta Romana” and “Rivellini” after two districts of Casperia.

The house was originally a mill for the production of olive oil. As a result of a complex and careful restoration and renovation the building now offers all the comfort of modern living without sacrificing the ancient rural nature of the original structure.

We offer a simple but refined setting to our holiday guests with high standards of décor and equipment, reflecting the simplicity and tranquillity of country life far away from the chaotic and noisy rhythms of the city.

Ideal for those who want to relax, eat well, enjoy spectacular sunsets, walk in the nature and breathe clean air. Immerse yourself in the “asprese” routine, enjoying its welcoming and cosy ambience. Or visit the many famous and appealing destinations of Central Italy (Tuscany, Umbria, Rome).

Roberto, together with his wife Francesca, receive guests. If not, Elisa does. She is also available for any need throughout the stay.

Aspra Sabina is the ancient name of Casperia (until 1947). Its inhabitants are still called “aspresi” today.
